Hailing from the small town of Stephenson, MI, Tony has been in this industry for over half of his life, starting as a dishwasher at the age of 13 and working every position in the industry. Dishwasher to buster to bartender to manager, he has worked in everything from high volume sports bars to breweries to boutique high end establishments. He has risen to management and ownership opening The Libertine in 2012 and Proof in 2015. We are excited to welcome Tony and his family back into the north woods tasked with growing Icarus every day.
